Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will assist in the execution, optimization, and analysis of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks. Your goal will be to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI through strategic media buying and data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage budgets and pacing across platforms to ensure efficient spend.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between ad creatives and campaign goals.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (internships count).
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
