Job Summary:.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.
As a key player in our marketing department, you will oversee a team of at least 10 members, drive digital marketing campaigns, and execute strategies for lead generation in the global market.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting advertising campaigns, email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and event management activities.

Key Responsibilities:.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, paid ads, and display advertising.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive global marketing growth and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze lead flow to ensure high-quality lead generation.
- Advertising Campaigns: Design, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital media to ensure maximum ROI.
- Email Marketing: Oversee the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns using email platforms (e.g, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) to build relationships with potential customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- CRM Tools Management: Implement and manage CRM systems to ensure efficient lead management, sales pipeline visibility, and customer engagement.
- Provide insights on customer behavior to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure the team is aligned with business objectives.
- Event Management: Manage virtual and physical marketing events (e.g, webinars, conferences, product launches) to promote brand awareness and engagement in the global market.
- Performance Analytics: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM data) to measure campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and drive data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams of 10 or more members.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing Channels: Proven expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
- Lead Generation: Strong experience in designing and executing lead generation strategies for a global audience.
- Email Marketing & CRM: In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Event Management: Experience in organizing and managing marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent team management skills with a track record of motivating and leading a high-performing team.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Global Market Experience: Prior experience in handling marketing efforts across multiple geographies and adapting strategies to different markets.
