Position: Digital & Influencer Marketing Manager
Experience: 5-8 years in Digital/Influencer Marketing
Industry: FMCG/Consumer Healthcare preferred
Role Objective:
Lead influencer-driven brand building and digital amplification across the Consumer Care portfolio. Scale influencer marketing initiatives across categories by managing a large influencer ecosystem, driving campaign effectiveness, and ensuring seamless execution across agencies and internal stakeholders.
This is a high-volume, execution-driven role requiring strong coordination, analytical rigor, and deep digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and scale a network of influencers across Healthcare Professionals, Gut Experts, KOLs, Lifestyle, and Wellness creators.
- Drive measurable campaign KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions, and brand lift.
Campaign Management & Delivery:
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple brands.
- Monitor real-time performance and ensure delivery against objectives.
- Analyze cost vs. impact metrics to optimize ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Maintain consistent quality, messaging, and brand compliance across all content.
Agency & Partner Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage multiple agency partners for content creation and execution.
- Lead commercial negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality output.
- Coordinate seamless handoffs between agencies, influencers, and internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Brand, Legal, R&D, and Regulatory teams for campaign approvals and compliance.
- Align on content guidelines, brand positioning, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive smooth execution across all internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage high-volume workflows with meticulous attention to detail and timelines.
- Implement continuous tracking, reporting, and optimization of campaign performance.
- Ensure flawless coordination to meet all deliverables and deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 5-8 years in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.
- Proven track record in FMCG, Consumer, or Healthcare categories preferred.
Qualifications:
MBA/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field (preferred).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and digital ecosystems.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-category influencer campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize performance metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor coordination.
