
Job Summary:
- Accountable & Responsible for delivering analytics initiatives and projects on improving Digital Marketing & CX Performance
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve digital sales and digital customer experience. Work closely with Digital Sales and Marketing teams in region and country to understand digital objectives and help them deliver using data-driven decisions
- Some examples of projects/initiatives include Customer Journey improvement, Digital Upsell & Cross-sell, Funnel Optimization, Conversion Improvement, Acquisition Effectiveness improvement, Landing Page Optimization, A/B Testing & more
- Candidate should have extremely strong communication & good story telling skills and ability to influence key stakeholders towards desired outcomes
- Work closely with the Digital Sales & Marketing, Products, Customer Experience, and Decision Management teams to understand Business problems and come up with an analytical solution for the same
- Bring data-based ideas for digital sales, digital marketing and customer experience and work with business teams to pitch and execute them
- Mentor & project manage juniors in the team and train them on tools/techniques required for day to day deliverables
The ideal candidate would have:
- 5-8 years of total experience with at least 1 year relevant experience in digital analytics roles.
- Exposure to financial services domain is an added advantage
- Expertise & experience in Digital domain (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- Hands-on working experience in Big Data environment handling data extraction / manipulation from huge / complex databases using SAS / SQL / Python/Hive for 2+ years
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc.
- MBA or PGDM would have an added advantage
