About the Role
The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for pitching innovative advertising solutions, building brand partnerships, and closing high-value deals in the digital and traditional media space.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Drive growth through media sales, brand sponsorships, and tailored advertising solutions.
- Deal Closing: Own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects and pitching to negotiation and final closure.
- Agency Management: Pitch to and negotiate with top advertisers and media agencies to secure long-term partnerships.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and brands.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with our internal content and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Reporting: Track sales targets and prepare performance reports to ensure timely revenue realisation.
What We're Looking For
Industry Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Media Sales, Digital Sales, or Advertising.
Sales DNA: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Network (Preferred): An existing network with brands or media agencies will give you a massive head start.
Mindset: Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
