My Client is hiring for one of Mumbai's largest and most complex residential rehabilitation development project.

This role is part of the core Planning Monitoring & Control (PMC/PMO) team and requires a professional who has been involved in end-to-end project lifecycle planning, right from project inception, baseline scheduling, mobilization and construction planning through execution monitoring and controls.

This is not a pure site execution role. The position demands strong expertise in:

1. Project Planning

2. Project Controls

3. PMO Governance

4. Construction Monitoring

5. Primavera Scheduling

6. MIS & Dashboard Reporting

KEY RESPOSIILITIES

A1) Planning & Scheduling

1. Develop, review and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

2. Prepare baseline programmes, catch-up schedules and recovery plans

3. Monitor construction progress against approved timelines and milestones

4. Track critical path activities and identify project risks/delays proactively

A2). Project Monitoring & Controls

1. Implement project controls and PMO governance frameworks

2. Monitor productivity, progress trends and construction performance metrics

3. Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasting activities

4. Prepare variance analysis reports and mitigation plans

A3.) PMO & Reporting

1. Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations

2. Coordinate project reviews with client, consultants, contractors and leadership teams

3. Ensure reporting accuracy across engineering, procurement and construction functions

4. Maintain planning documentation, trackers and project control registers

A4.) Stakeholder Coordination

1. Collaborate with project managers, site execution teams, consultants and contractors

2. Participate in progress review meetings and decision-making discussions

3. Support integrated coordination across planning, risk and commercial teams

A5). Risk & Performance Management

1. Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions

2. Monitor key project KPIs and compliance requirements

3. Support integrated planning, risk and project governance activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are specifically looking for candidates who have:

- Worked on large-scale residential high-rise/township/redevelopment projects.

- Been associated with projects from initial planning / mobilization / excavation / structural stages onwards.

- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6-based planning & monitoring.

- Exposure to Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or developer-side planning environments.

- Strong command over project controls, baseline schedules, recovery plans and progress tracking.

- Experience handling multiple towers/packages in mega residential developments
