Title : Manager / Deputy Manager - HRBP - IT Product Organisation

Role Summary:
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting them in driving people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and talent initiatives aligned with business goals. The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, an exposure to partnering with tech and product teams along with strong execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR partner for Tech and Product teams, aligning people's strategies with business objectives.
- Support leadership in shaping the division's culture, organizational design, and change management.
- Collaborate with leaders on talent development, including performance, career paths, and succession planning.
- Design and implement engagement and retention programs tailored to team.
- Provide coaching on team dynamics, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within tech teams.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and company standards.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
- PG/MBA with 5 - 8 years in HR Business Partnering, with 2-3 years in Tech-focused Product based Organization.
- Deep understanding of tech industry needs, talent, and culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence leaders.
- Expertise in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Ability to manage complex situations with discretion and adaptability.
- Agility, quick thinking and high bias for action.
