Educational Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institution
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to business heads and functional leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Understand business priorities and align HR strategies to support growth and productivity.
- Participate in workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning for key roles.
2. Talent Management & Development
- Drive end-to-end talent management - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Support learning and capability-building initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Implement and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Learning Calendars.
3. Performance & Rewards
- Partner with line managers for goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisals.
- Manage annual compensation review cycles and incentive programs aligned to business goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a high-performance culture through communication, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
- Address employee grievances proactively and maintain positive employee relations.
- Conduct regular HR connects, pulse surveys, and engagement action plans.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Handle end-to-end HR operations for the assigned business unit using SAP HR modules (a must).
- Ensure accuracy of HR data, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR Shared Services and CoEs (Compensation, L&D, Talent Acquisition, etc.) for smooth delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Male candidate preferred (as per business requirement)
- Working knowledge of SAP HR / SuccessFactors is mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a people-first approach
- Willingness to travel to factories, depots, and regional offices as required
