Designation: Manager / Dy Manager - Ecommerce (B2B)
Reporting To: Head - Ecommerce
Location: Bangalore
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for building and scaling the B2B e-commerce channel, driving topline growth, improving fill rates, managing key platform relationships, ensuring content excellence, and owning end-to-end commercial outcomes including sales, inventory, pricing, collections, and margins.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
- Drive B2B e-commerce sales target of ~- 200 Cr, ensuring achievement of budgeted revenues
- Develop and expand online business by onboarding new sellers and strategic platform partnerships
- Manage key accounts end-to-end across leading e-commerce platforms
- Improve fill rate and inventory availability, minimizing out-of-stock situations
- Own sales, pricing, inventory planning, collections, and gross margins
- Ensure collections within 45 days as a critical success metric
- Lead content enrichment for SKUs to drive conversion and sales performance
- Develop annual e-commerce marketing calendar and budget, including seasonal and campaign-wise allocations
- Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, events, and exclusive product ranges
- Forecast inventory in collaboration with platforms during peak demand periods
- Ensure timely stock movement and on-time delivery to platform warehouses
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Legal
Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Ecommerce / B2B Ecommerce / Online Sales
- Strong understanding of sales planning, inventory forecasting, and operations
- Experience managing pricing control, margins, and seller governance
- Strong cross-functional coordination and execution capability
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate under pressure and ambiguity
