Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Taxation - Indirect & International Taxation - CA

Position: Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Taxation

Base Location: Delhi

Education: CA Qualified

Experiences: 3 Years to 6 Years

Main Responsibilities:

- Matching GST Input 2B with books of account and there after follow-up with vendors.

- Reconciliation of E-way bill with E-Invoice and Sales register.

- Review of all the GST returns - GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 6 and GSTR 9 & 9C.

- Assisting with the drafting and submission of responses to GST notices and engaging in face-to-face discussions with GST officers regarding these notices.

- Impact assessment of notification, circular or amendment in GST applicable on the Company.

- Resolve all the internal queries related to tax.

- Deposit of monthly TDS on or before due date along with preparation & Filing of TDS return - 26Q, 27Q.

- Computing advance tax and deposit of the same.

- Reconciliation of 26AS with books.

- Preparation of Form 3CD, 3CEB and Income tax return.

- Assistance in preparation of financial statements along with schedule.

- Knowledge of taxation related to cross border transactions and DTAA.

- Handling and disclosure of related party transactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA (Final) having experience of 3 to 6 years (Post Qualification) SAP working experience is preferable.

The person should possess:

1. Strong experience of Indirect Taxation - Must to have.

2. Knowledge on Direct Taxation - Must to have.

3. Experience in Direct taxation is - Nice to have.

4. Smart person with good communication skills.
