Manager - Demand Planning - Manufacturing - NITIE/SPJIMR/SJM SOM/IIT D/MDI/IIFT/IIM/XLRI/JBIMS/NMIMS

Education:

The incumbent should have Full-time 2-year postgraduate degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management from premier institutes such as NITIE (IIM Mumbai), SPJIMR, SJM SOM, VG SOM, DMS IIT Delhi, MDI, IIFT, IIMs, Symbiosis, XLRI Jamsedpur, JBIMS, NMIMS etc from the passout batch of 2019 / 2020 / 2021 onl The incumbent should have experience in demand planning and S&OP Planning in a global manufacturing setup.

- Proficiency in tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, or Blue Yonder.

- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing a global Demand Planning strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Leading the deployment and continuous enhancement of demand forecasting tools, systems, and standardized processes.

- Acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to regional planning teams globally.

- Driving integration of IBP processes with AI-enabled solutions such as O9 or Blue Yonder.

- Enabling cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels.

- Facilitating scenario planning, demand sensing, and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy.

- Champion change management, agility, and tech-driven planning culture.
