We are seeking an experienced Demand Management / AdTech Client Partner with a proven background in managing advertiser relationships and driving programmatic revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DSP platforms, campaign optimization, and client strategy, combined with strong communication and analytical skills to deliver measurable impact on revenue and partner success.


Key Responsibilities :


- Own and manage key advertiser and demand-side client relationships across major DSPs.


- Oversee client onboarding, integration, and performance optimization.


- Drive advertiser revenue growth by leveraging campaign data and optimization strategies.


- Work closely with internal teams (product, data, engineering) to meet client goals.


- Manage PnL for demand accounts and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.


- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.


- Provide insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.


- Act as the key client-facing representative, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment.


Mandatory Criteria:


- Minimum 3 years of experience in AdTech account or client management (advertiser-side focus).


- Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns via DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Criteo, Amazon DSP, or MediaMath.


- Proven success in driving advertiser revenue, scaling spends, and achieving PnL targets.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


- Must be from reputed AdTech organizations such as Affle, PubMatic, InMobi, Criteo, TripleLift, Lemma, or similar.


- Currently based in Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, or native of Maharashtra working elsewhere).


Preferred Skills:


- Exposure to ad-exchange integrations, header bidding, SSP/DSP interplay, and supply optimization.


- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting large data sets.


- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to client success and revenue delivery.
