Role & Responsibilities:

- We are seeking a seasoned industry professional with a proven high-performance background in ad tech business operations, partner account management, revenue optimization, and strategic business leadership. This role is designed for someone who has hands-on experience managing programmatic advertising partnerships and who excels at building and nurturing strong, data-driven client relationships. As a DSP-agnostic platform, our objective is to scale our ad-exchange business while ensuring that direct advertisers consistently meet and surpass their KPIs.

- The ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret and make decisions using large datasets, and a naturally technical mindsetwithout requiring coding experience. You will operate as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them with insights, optimization strategies, and proactive recommendations. This is a role that demands independence, initiative, ownership, and exceptional client-facing communication skills.

- You will serve as the primary point of contact for some of our most important partnerships and will play a key role in ensuring their ongoing success, satisfaction, and growth. This includes everything from onboarding and integration to performance management and strategic planning. The right candidate will be experienced in navigating the programmatic advertising ecosystem and will have a strong understanding of DSPs, ad exchanges, bidding mechanisms, audience targeting, and performance optimization strategies.

Job Description:

- Own end-to-end strategic and operational aspects of client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination and performance delivery. This includes managing onboarding, overseeing integrations, and supporting technical and operational transitions to ensure smooth adoption of our platform.

- Develop and execute revenue-driving strategies through strong analytical and interpretative skills. Using independent judgment, identify new monetization opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend optimization tactics that grow partner spend and drive PnL improvements.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially Product, Engineering, and Operations, to translate client needs into actionable deliverables. You will work cross-functionally to implement custom client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enhance platform offerings.

- Ensure world-class customer experience by maintaining high service quality, responsiveness, and reliability. Build trust with clients through clear communication, strategic insights, and consistent follow-through.

- Conduct market and competitive research to gather insights into emerging products, evolving industry trends, new DSP capabilities, and shifts in the programmatic landscape. Use this intelligence to strengthen long-term strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in ad tech operations, programmatic partnerships, or account management roles.

- Demonstrated experience working with major DSPs, such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Criteo, and similar platforms, with a proven track record of scaling advertiser spends through programmatic exchanges (Media.net experience is a strong plus).

- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals, including bidding strategies, auction mechanics, audience segmentation, inventory quality, and creative formats.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, consultative client relationships and influence decision-making.

- Highly proactive with a solution-oriented mindsetcapable of independently identifying challenges, proposing improvements, and implementing strategic initiatives without constant supervision.

- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client priorities simultaneously.

- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments.

- Familiarity with additional digital advertising ecosystemssocial media technologies, analytics tools, or other ad exchangesis an added advantage.
