Position: Manager - Demand Generation (Events & Outbound)

Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible to own and scale global event marketing and outbound demand programs. The role will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline and revenue through strategic event execution and high-impact outbound campaigns in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of global events including partner events, community events, hosted events, and third-party industry conferences.

- Own and scale outbound demand generation programs to consistently drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and sales-led outreach motions.

- Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.

- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging frameworks, and targeting strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; continuously optimize for ROI and efficiency.

- Manage outbound tools, CRM workflows, data hygiene, and marketing automation processes to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA with 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong focus on outbound marketing.

- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization.

- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams.

- Hands-on experience with outbound tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
