About the Role:
Our client is looking for a highly execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to own and scale the complete campaign engine across digital, outbound, events, and intent-led programs. This is not a coordination-heavy marketing role - this is a hands-on builder role for someone who can launch campaigns fast, optimize aggressively, and directly influence pipeline growth.
You will work closely with sales leadership to drive measurable pipeline outcomes while building scalable demand generation systems for a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
The ideal candidate thrives in lean startup environments, moves quickly with AI-powered workflows, and prefers building campaigns directly instead of managing agencies or passing briefs to others.
What You'll Own:
- Lead end-to-end demand generation programs across paid campaigns, outbound motions, email nurtures, webinars, field events, and ABM initiatives.
- Build and operationalize intent-driven plays using platforms like 6sense and Outreach to generate qualified pipeline.
- Own campaign execution and performance directly across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Outreach, and related GTM tools.
- Develop high-performing outbound sequences, landing pages, nurture journeys, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Partner closely with SDR and sales leadership teams to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Execute B2B events and virtual programs from planning through post-event pipeline follow-up.
- Drive campaign strategy and execution for upcoming AI security product launches.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize CAC and conversion metrics, and continuously improve ROI.
- Rapidly prototype campaign assets, workflows, and experiments using modern AI tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise with:
- HubSpot
- Outreach
- 6sense
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience owning pipeline targets in partnership with sales teams.
- Strong understanding of intent-based marketing, outbound orchestration, ABM, and conversion optimization.
- Experience building and optimizing outbound sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
- Ability to independently execute campaigns without heavy dependence on design, content, or operations teams.
- Excellent analytical mindset with strong reporting and attribution skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments is highly preferred.
AI Fluency is Mandatory:
We are specifically looking for someone who actively uses AI as a daily execution layer.
You should already be comfortable using tools such as:
- Claude Code
- Codex
- Cursor
- ChatGPT
- Agentic workflow tools
You are expected to:
- Build sequence variations in hours instead of days
- Rapidly create landing page prototypes
- Generate campaign experiments quickly
- Accelerate content, research, and GTM execution using AI workflows
- This role is best suited for someone who sees AI as a force multiplier for execution speed and quality.
