Manager - Debt - Real Estate

About the Role:

A leading real estate firm is seeking to hire a Manager - Debt.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update Debt MIS and reporting templates and track disbursements, repayments, interest schedules, and other key parameters.

- Maintain and manage covenant trackers to monitor compliance with applicable covenants.

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance of all financial and operational covenants stipulated by lenders.

- Assist in the preparation of business projections, financial models, including project finance analysis.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data for analysis and lender reporting.

- Track the post disbursement conditions and ensure timely compliance of same.

- Assist in the execution and finalization of loan documentation and security creation.

- Liaise with lenders, legal counsels, valuers, rating agencies and other stakeholders for various transaction/data requirements.

- Facilitate external valuation exercise and TEV reports through third party agencies.

- Assist in due diligence exercises as part of lender onboarding or refinancing processes.

- Stay updated on industry standards, lender practices, and regulatory requirements related to corporate borrowings.
