One of the Leading PE Fund backed Renewable Energy company is hiring for a role that would be that of a dedicated resource for debt management to work specifically with lenders / lenders' advisors and internal teams to meet lenders requirements on an ongoing basis. Job Responsibilities: - Monitoring of limits available under fund based and non fund based limits with various lenders - Monitoring of undisbursed limits and coordination with lenders (including submission of necessary documents) for timely disbursement of funds - Monitoring of projects under credit lines and approval from lenders for projects / disbursement - Work with the finance team to ensure timely issuance of BG / LC / other non fund based facilities and timely fund arrangement for settlement of LCs - Single point contact for all lender related communication - Coordination with lenders for confirmation on dues and coordination with accounts for timely payment of interest and principal - Coordination with lenders' advisors (Legal Counsel / Lenders' Engineer / Lenders insurance advisor / others) for submission of necessary reports - Coordination with internal teams for other submissions such as CA certificates / Borrower confirmations - Providing construction and operational project progress to lenders on a regular basis (including project monitoring system access wherever necessary) - Regular monitoring of project construction progress / operational performance to evaluate deviation from terms of lenders; to intimate lenders in advance in case of any probable delays. - Ensuring compliance of lender requirements to ensure timely release of restricted payments (release of sponsor funds) and any conditional corporate guarantees provided by company - Liaise with Finance team on getting Credit Rating done for group or SPV - Creating loan profile for each SPV along with requirement of conditions subsequent (such as security creation / end use certificates) / Financial covenants / information covenants and any other lender compliances in ERP and updation of the compliances on a regular basis - Support to Finance & Accounts for generation of rolling forecast of each SPV and forecast Financial Covenants from the ERP system - Work along with Finance & Accounts team in reviewing cash position for each SPV to service debt / interest on monthly / quarterly basis - Support in MIS generation related to debt profile from the ERP system Skills/Experience: - Good understanding of renewable energy project financing and the key documentation / compliances involved therein - Ability to manage and track multiple transactions - lenders covenants / compliances - Manage coordination with various external (lenders, lenders advisors) and internal (finance & accounts / project development / asset management / legal / secretarial) stakeholders to ensure compliances are met in a time bound manner - MBA / CA with 6-9 years post qualification experience (good B School) - Experience in a renewable energy player in debt management / operations role; or Work experience with operations / middle office of bank / NBFC lending to renewable energy projects
