Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager - Deal Strategy to support strategic transactions in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. The role involves leading deal strategy engagements and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive value across M&A, investments, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal strategy engagements including M&A, market entry, growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and synergy assessment within the TMT sector
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, business model assessment, and strategic evaluations
- Develop investment theses, target screening approaches, and strategic recommendations
- Support valuation and financial analysis in collaboration with internal teams
- Present insights and recommendations to CXO-level stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Transaction Advisory, Tax, Legal, and Valuation
- Support business development through proposals and client presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Strategy, M&A Strategy, Transaction Advisory, or Management Consulting
- Prior experience in the TMT sector is mandatory
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
