Skills / Abilities: - Strong foundation in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, AI, Statistics, or related fields. - Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale data/engineering solutions delivering measurable value. - Hands-on experience building and running complex production systems on Cloud at scale. - Ability to quickly troubleshoot complex technical issues and support distributed teams. - Proven track record delivering projects under tight timelines. - Engineering mindset with pragmatic, impact-driven decision-making. - Experience collaborating with distributed teams using version control. - Strong mathematical and statistical foundation for data science. - Expertise in advanced modeling/analytics, often backed by postgraduate research. - Deep understanding of Linear Algebra, Vector Calculus, and core data science math. - Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma). - Proficient in ML frameworks: SKLearn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib. - Strong programming skills: Python, Scala, R, C++, Java. - Experience with ML/Data tools: MLflow, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Hadoop. - Knowledge of optimization tools like CPLEX, Gurobi. - Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, ML, and scalable data science pipelines. - Experience in end-to-end analytics: data collection, processing, analysis, and presentation. - Leadership experience in planning, consulting, and cross-functional teams. - Strong communication, project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills; effective with executive stakeholders.
