Job Highlight:

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning to fill an exciting role within our organization. As a Data Scientist working, you will play a critical role in developing ML/DL models and Gen AI products that help in improving the overall user experience on our platform. You will closely work with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers to understand requirements, develop models and productionize them. You should have and experience of at least 4 years in data engineering, model building, model evaluate on, MLOps and very good exposure to Gen AI tools.

Job Description:

Role: Data Scientist/ Senior Data Scientist reporting to Head of Data Science

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Lead the executive on of complex data science projects ensuring merely delivery and high quality outcomes which enables business outcome.

- Identify new initiatives using emerging AI technologies and present them to Head/Lead of Data science.

- Build reusable AI components and assets and ensure their consume on in seamless manner by other data science projects/products.

- Collaborate effectively with other teams including Product, DB/DW and Applica on teams to ensure quick resolution of dependencies.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Agent frameworks like Crew AI, Lang graph, Swarm AI etc.

- Good understanding of MCP (Model context protocol)

- Must have contributed significantly to development of at least 2 Gen AI project

- Must have worked with multiple Gen AI models including GPT, Claude, Qwen, Lama etc.

- Strong understanding of statistical concepts including probability, conditonal probability, probability distribution, sampling, es ma on, hypothesis testing etc.

- Deep understanding of ML models

- Knowledge of AutoML models like H2o and Pycaret and Deep learning models including MLP (Mul-layer perceptron), CNN, RNN, Self organizing maps (SOM), GAN (Genera ve Adversarial Networks), RBM (Restricted Boltzmann Machines) and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory Networks) is preferable.

- Significant experience in SQL, Python, and Spark., Airflow

- Hands on experience with one of the MLOpS tools like ML flow (Open source preferred)
