- Overall experience of 10 years with proven relevant work experience as a Data Governance manager of atleast 7+ years - Solid experience in data framework - Demonstrable experience in handling conflicts, negotiating and meeting clients requirements - Availability to travel as needed - Responsible for building and maintaining data governance system and process capabilities - Coordinate with BFSI to ensure timely collection and processing of data with key focus on data quality and recency - Define policy and standards to control quality, access and usage of data - Enforce data practices as per changing regulatory policies inorder to meet compliance requirements from time to time - Focus on continuous improvement in order to accelerate data driven digital transformation and delivery needs - Serve as a liaison between Business, Functional areas and Technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined and communicated - Provide progress reports to Senior management and oversee periodic updates to the Data Governance Roadmap - Focus on improving the customer satisfaction (CSAT) - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success - Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met within the expected timeline and quality
