Manager - Data Analytics

Data Management & Automation :

- Architect Automated Workflows: Develop and maintain high-performance dashboards in Power BI and Excel, eliminating manual reporting through robust data pipelines.

- Operational Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical performance reports across regional industrial units and product categories.

- Data Orchestration: Collect and transform raw data from ERP, SCADA systems, and CRM platforms into high-impact actionable insights.

Industrial Business Analytics :

- Performance Deep-Dives: Conduct rigorous trend, variance, and root-cause analyses for industrial sales performance, contract pricing, and project-based margins.

- Operational Optimization: Support demand forecasting and supply chain planning by analysing production capacity, metallic yields, and energy consumption patterns.

- Channel Profitability: Provide granular analysis of customer and channel profitability, distinguishing between Direct Industrial Sales, Distributor Networks, and Large-Scale Tenders.

- Product Mix Optimization: Perform price elasticity and product mix analysis to optimize our offerings against fluctuating raw material costs.

Strategic Intelligence :

- ROI Pursuit: Partner with Sales and Technical Support teams to evaluate the ROI of commercial campaigns, distributor incentives, and technical field services.

- Predictive modelling: Build models to assess market shifts, competitor capacity moves, and industrial demand cycles before they impact the P&L.

- Asset Utilization: Drive insights into Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.

Systems & Tools :

- Advanced Visualization: Design sophisticated Power BI environments utilizing Advanced DAX and data modelling to merge disparate sources.

- Deep modelling: Leverage SQL, Python, or R for advanced statistical modelling and complex data cleaning.

- Governance: Maintain strict compliance with data security and organizational governance standards.
