About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic D2C / E-commerce professional to drive and scale the business across owned digital channels for a leading Fashion / Lifestyle brand. The role will be responsible for D2C revenue, profitability, customer experience and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

- Own and drive D2C revenue, profitability and overall business growth.

- Manage and optimize website performance, conversion and customer experience.

- Drive digital marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and customer acquisition objectives.

- Manage CRM initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention and repeat purchases.

- Oversee online merchandising, product assortment and promotional activities.

- Coordinate inventory planning and fulfilment to ensure product availability and smooth order execution.

- Track and analyze key business metrics including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, repeat purchase and CLV.

- Monitor D2C business performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution across digital, marketing, merchandising, inventory and fulfilment functions.

Key Requirements:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce.

- Strong commercial and P&L understanding.

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, merchandising, inventory and fulfilment.

- Experience in Fashion, Footwear, Apparel or Lifestyle brands is preferred.

- Strong understanding of D2C business metrics and performance drivers
