Job Title : Customer Support Manager

Roles and responsibilities
- Manage team for the customer support
- Receive requests for cargo reservations. Give information on transit times, special
requirements etc to customers based on type of cargo to be shipped. Book reservations
into the cargo system.
- Plan the flight for the foll day. Prepare Flight Booking List. Prepare priority list and
email to Operations and Handling Agents, based on which they prioritize cargo for
upliftment.
- Co-ordinate with agents to check customs clearance status of cargo to be uplifted for the
following day.
- Check data capture in the system for completion.
- Check flight departure manifests / status in the system to confirm uplift.
- Prepare Flight Revenue Report (FRR) based on AWB copies recd from agents. Attach
the accounting copy to the manifest and forward to Accounts.
- Based on agent request, get POD from destination
- Co-ordinate with other online stations to rectify any errors in the system.
- Co-ordinate with offline stations for cargo booking in case of lean days
- Prepare Agent wise and Destination wise revenue and yield report.
- Prepare monthly Sales Report - in co-ordination with sales
