As we continue to scale, were looking for a Customer Success Manager to champion our customers' success and help them unlock the full potential of our platform.
Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Pune (On-site)
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience: 4-5 years (SaaS industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle onboarding, training, and product adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Address compliance and INFOSEC-related queries (training provided).
- Monitor customer health metrics, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities through value-based engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and analytical with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM software, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune for an on-site role.
