Position : Manager Service.
Location - Bangalore.
Exp - 15-20 years Elevator Service Department.
Education : Diploma / BE in Engineering.
Job Profile:
- To Lead a team of Customer Service Professionals in the region covering part of Bangalore towards excellence for achievement of business objectives in Service Function through the following:
- Overall responsible for service revenues based at Bangalore.
- Provide leadership to Supervisor and various stake holders in the department to achieve business targets.
- Including setting their annual business targets and periodical review to achieve the results.
- Drive excellence in field operations through Supervisors and mechanics.
- Ensure that Lifts / Escalators are maintained at job sites in various location as per the SLA with customers.
- Position will be responsible for Techno Commercials for 2500 units .
- Ensure that service revenues are generated from AMC (service sales) , Spare Sales , Conversion, Recovery and Modernization businesses.
- Receivable Management - day-to-day updates to Service Head / Finance.
- Annual Manpower planning and enhance field productivity.
- Sub Con Management and Development to support field operations.
- Maintain cordial relations with builders, owners and architects.
- Coach and develop internal talents for taking up higher responsibilities in the organization.
- Drive service transformation initiatives in Bangalore.
- Drive weekly and monthly review on forecast vs actuals with team on Commercial parameters.
- Visit job sites, Periodical visits to all Key customers and maintain CRM.
- Receivable Management - day-to-day updates to Service Head.
- Work towards customer delight and customer appreciation.
- Tracking of all customer complaints and speedy response/resolution.
- MIS / Reporting / Review with team.
Job Requirement:
- First Class Graduate in Engineering.
- Age up to 40 years.
- 15-20 years in handling service function with Techno Commercial parameters in industrial / capital equipment / service industry.
- Excellent Leadership skills, Communication, Interpersonal skills and presentation skill.
- Aggressive, Proactive & Self Starter.
- Ability / Confidence to handle high profile Architects and Builders of Repute.
- Willing to travel across the region for monitoring results and development of business / people.
- Exposure to latest trends in Customer Service, must have sound knowledge in technical, commercial aspects as well as soft skills.
- Preferably from Elevator industry.
- Candidate should able to join in a month time.
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
- Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues You have some experiences in the sale of technical products requiring customer consultation
- You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills You have strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
