Who are we looking for? - Prior Experience in ATL/BTL Marketing activities, Vendor Management, Influencer connect, Managing Field/Channel partner/Alliance. - Prior Experience with packages IT products added advantage. - Excellent verbal & written communication skills, good selling & negotiation skills. - Knowledge on productivity suite-MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Basic Knowledge on digital marketing and PR. What will you be doing? - Responsible for Marketing initiatives for Bangladesh and align marketing initiatives in guidance with the support of marketing manager. - Manage regional customer & partner marketing's planning as well as execution, basis the guidance received from HO marketing, country manager, and the field sales team in Bangladesh. - Participate actively in the sales review process and overall sales strategy, feed inputs from the same into the regional marketing plan and activities along with marketing HO. - Work constantly with inputs from the central Marketing, and Regional Sales teams to develop and accomplish channel marketing goals at the region for partner marketing programs. - Plan and execute different format events independently and drive basic objectives. - Publish work related updates to all the stake holders. - Keep track and information about competitors and their activities in the market. - Knowledge about the market trends and market dynamics in the operating segment. - Contribute to preparing annual and quarterly marketing plans and lead generation plans with inputs from the bd team, under guidance from central marketing. - Support channel enablement activities and training initiatives planned by the sales operations team. - Drive awareness programs to keep partners aware of tally's latest news and updates. - Maintain an active and robust event and training calendar for the Bangladesh - collect inputs from the SPOCs, as well as partners for the calendar and feed the same into the calendar maintained by central marketing. - Identify and maintain a roster of domain-specific vendors. - Identify strategic events for participation and prepare calendar and ensure proper execution in discussion with the central marketing
