Job Title: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Manager / Senior Consultant.

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant to join our dynamic Digital Experience practice.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AJO, XDM, and integrations with Adobe Analytics and external systems using REST APIs, JSON, and Java.

- You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized customer journeys for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement multi-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs using AEP and XDM schemas.

- Configure and manage AJO components such as events, actions, journeys, and segments.

- Integrate Adobe Analytics, Experience Platform, and external systems using RESTful APIs and JSON payloads.

- Develop data ingestion pipelines, transformations, and event-based triggers for real-time customer engagement.

- Contribute to the creation of reusable components and scalable architecture for AJO solutions.

- Ensure end-to-end testing, performance optimization, and smooth deployment of journey campaigns.

- Guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5-10 years of overall experience in Customer Experience technologies.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience &Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including:.

- XDM Schema, Data Sets, Segmentation, RTCDP.

- Proficient in JSON, REST APIs, and integration of external data sources.

- Working knowledge of Java for backend service integration or custom connector development.

- Experience with Adobe Analytics, including data collection and reporting integrations.

- Exposure to real-time data processing and personalization use cases.
