Manager - Credit Risk & Policy - Micro/Small Ticket - LAP

Looking for Credit Risk Manager Micro/Small Ticket LAP Portfolio, with one of my client based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing Secured Business Loan Portfolio by evaluating on-boarding parameters such as pass rates at each credit filter, lead distribution across key parameters, and segment-wise performance trends.

- Conducting in-depth portfolio risk analysis, including bounce rates, early delinquency trends, flow rates, and loss simulations, while driving revenue and cost optimization initiatives as part of P&L management.

- Acting as the First Line of Defence (FLOD) to ensure portfolio quality is maintained from a balanced risk-return perspective, proactively identifying emerging risks and implementing corrective measures.

- Formulating and recommending enhancements to credit policy based on portfolio analytics, market intelligence, and collateral performance insights.

- Building strong cross-functional partnerships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to align risk strategies with business objectives.

- Delivering timely, data-driven, and actionable insights through structured MIS and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Experience in LAP loans is mandatory.

- Another with small ticket LAP (upto INR 30L, Rural LAP)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
