Manager - Credit Rating - Securitization

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for evaluation of securitization deals sourced by business teams, close interaction with business and risk teams and actively engage with Originators / Counter Parties / Arrangers as per business requirements. Detailed Analysis of securitization deals including Financial Statement Analysis, Portfolio Analysis, Market Referencing and Pool finalisation. Discussing and presenting the summary to seniors / committee members / Approving Authority.

-Monitoring the deals on regular basis. Follow up and evaluation of the pool acquired, it's performance, originator level exposure limits / sub-limits.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Evaluation of PTC / Assignment transactions for originators as well as the pool proposed to be acquired.

- Balance Sheet analysis of the entity under consideration for Securitization.

- Capturing relevant details from the documents and information provided by the clients.

- Maintaining appropriate MISs and data base for effective and timely updates.

- Credit Analysis - Portfolio analysis, static pool analysis, past trends and behaviour analysis. Understanding Loss estimates for assignment transactions.

- Analysis of the data, deriving various ratios and related calculations.

- Proposing portfolio guardrails for optimum pool selection.

- Good at presentation to committees while discussing the transactions for approval.

- Checking on various parameters like Credit Ratings, Promoters, Group Companies etc and sharing observations. Summarising the observations along with final recommendation along with justifications.

- Coordinating with business, risk, originators, arrangers, trusts, rating agencies wherever needed. Close coordination across inter department.

- Monitoring of the portfolios acquired wrt OC, CC, EIS etc and pool behaviour as per servicer reports.

- Timely tracking of market information, rating movements of various originators and assessing impact of macro events on our pools. Reviewing and presenting the summary findings to senior management on regular basis.
