We're Hiring: Manager - Credit Policy - Bangalore

Our client, a fast-growing tech-led NBFC focused on serving the informal economy, is looking for a Manager Credit Policy to join their team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize credit policies and underwriting frameworks

- Develop credit decisioning models and internal scorecards

- Drive LOS implementation and rule engine automation

- Monitor portfolio performance and risk indicators

- Collaborate with product, analytics, and business teams

- Ensure regulatory compliance and policy governance

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in Credit Policy, Underwriting, or Credit Risk

- Experience in NBFCs, Fintechs, Digital Lending, or Retail Lending

- Strong understanding of credit scoring, risk assessment, and portfolio management

- Exposure to LOS, decision engines, and policy automation

Location: Bangalore

Budget: 30 LPA (Flexible for right candidate)
