Job Description:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Prior experience in Costing Centre of Excellence (COE).
- Experience in setting up and developing a costing team and processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish and streamline costing processes and frameworks.
- Set up and develop the costing team, including process implementation and standardization.
- Drive cost optimization, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Oversee product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Implement costing policies, controls, and best practices across business units.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Qualification:
- CMA with 3 - 5 years of experience in related areas.
