Manager - Cost Accounting - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee product costing, including preparation and review of detailed cost sheets and estimates.

- Drive overhead analysis and allocation, identifying key cost drivers and recommending cost optimization strategies.

- Monitor and analyze customer-wise and order-wise contribution margins on a monthly basis.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenses, highlighting key insights and corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate and timely inventory valuation in compliance with accounting standards.

- Manage and ensure adherence to cost audit compliances, including coordination with auditors and timely submission of reports.

- Utilize SAP (CO Module) for cost tracking, reporting, and decision-making support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Sales, Procurement) to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

- Develop and implement cost control measures and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified ICWA / CMA (Mandatory)

- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing / EPC industry

- Strong expertise in product costing, budgeting, and variance analysis

- Hands-on experience in SAP - CO Module

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle audits, meet deadlines, and work independently
