Role Overview:

- The Corporate Treasury Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding relationships with existing clients within the Mumbai region.


- This role involves understanding clients' treasury needs, developing tailored solutions, and presenting compelling value propositions. The role collaborates closely with internal teams, including trading, structuring, and client service, to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets. This position directly impacts the company's revenue generation and market share within the corporate treasury space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector in Mumbai to expand the client base.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and challenges.

- Structure and present customized treasury solutions, including FX hedging, interest rate management, and liquidity management, to meet client objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of treasury solutions and provide ongoing support to clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the treasury business.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies within the corporate treasury space.

- Strong understanding of treasury products and services, including FX, interest rate derivatives, and cash management solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

- Proven ability to analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and expand existing relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in corporate treasury sales or a related role.
