Corporate Taxation Manager

Oversees all aspects of a company's tax affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing tax liabilities. Managing tax planning, compliance, and accounting for income taxes. Manage and review tax returns, conduct tax research, and provide guidance to other departments on tax implications of business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and overseeing the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax and other direct taxes.

- Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Managing the accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.

- Preparing documentation for and participating in tax audits and reviews.

- Conducting thorough tax research, providing expert advice on tax matters, and staying abreast of changes in tax legislation.

- Working with other departments, such as finance, accounting, and legal, to ensure alignment on tax matters.

- Managing the financial performance of tax engagements, including budgeting, billing, and collections.

- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients.

- Identifying and managing potential tax risks and implementing appropriate solutions.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Should Have 3-5 years of experience in corporate taxation, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations in a large corporate environment.

2. Experience with tax compliance software and accounting systems.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
