BNC is hiring for a Manager-level Taxation professional with strong experience in Corporate Tax, Direct Taxation, Tax Compliance & Tax Accounting.

Location: Delhi / NCR

Experience: 8-12 Years

Qualification: CA / CPA Mandate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Federal, State & Global Tax compliance and reporting.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly & annual tax provisions.

- Handle ASC 740, Effective Tax Rate analysis and tax accounting.

- Oversee corporate tax returns and statutory tax compliance.

- Manage tax audits, reconciliations and Book-to-Tax adjustments.

- Conduct tax research and provide guidance on regulatory changes.

- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors and external consultants.

- Drive process improvements, internal controls and SOX compliance.

- Manage complex Excel-based tax reporting and analysis.

- Lead teams and manage client/stakeholder relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 8-12+ years of experience in Corporate/Direct Taxation

2. Strong US Tax & Tax Accounting exposure

3. Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS / ASC 740

4. Experience in tax provisions, compliance & reporting

5. Strong analytical and team-management skills

6. CA / US CPA qualification is Mandate
