Role & Responsibilities:

- Keep an eye on the credit portfolio, spotting and resolving possible risks like defaults, delinquencies, and non- performing assets.

- Review borrowers' creditworthiness and portfolio on a regular basis.

- Performance, guaranteeing conformity to business regulations and risk tolerance.

- To track important indicators including delinquency rates, recovery rates, and risk- adjusted returns, create and execute credit monitoring tools and reports.

- Collaborate with the credit and collections departments to enhance recovery procedures and reduce credit defaults.

- As the business expands, make sure the credit portfolio stays within reasonable risk bounds.

- To boost market share and profitability, find new business prospects, industry trends, and possible strategic alliances.

- Encourage product and service innovation while making sure they satisfy consumer demands and legal requirements.

- To promote sustainable growth, make sure that business plans are in line with risk management principles.
