
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced strategy professional with 7 to 12 years in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting primarily serving industrial, chemical, or energy sectors.
- Proven leadership in driving strategic transformation initiatives focused on value creation in a business, and financial planning.
- Skilled in delivering objective linked engagements, developing robust business cases, and managing large-scale strategy projects with measurable business impact.
- Adept at financial modeling, ROI evaluation, budgeting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Strong program management capabilities including governance design, risk management, KPI tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Process improvement knowledge with exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing CXO-level presentations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Change management savvy and able to drive adoption of new strategic initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
- 7-12 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or strategic transformation
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
