Role Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented CSR professional to lead donor management and fundraising initiatives.

- The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in building donor relationships, and the ability to design and execute impactful CSR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement CSR strategies and fundraising plans to support organizational initiatives.

- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, donor events, and CSR projects.

- Maintain donor database and ensure timely communication, reporting, and acknowledgments.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align CSR initiatives with the organization's mission and objectives.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for donors and stakeholders.

- Monitor, evaluate, and report CSR project outcomes to ensure compliance and impact assessment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant CSR, donor management, or fundraising experience.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Proven track record in fundraising, donor engagement, or CSR program execution.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
