Role Overview:

The role involves supporting the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of CSR initiatives while working closely with implementing partners, internal stakeholders, and impact assessment agencies to ensure effective and compliant program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of CSR programs, including periodic reviews to assess impact and effectiveness

- Assist in the evaluation, onboarding, and engagement of CSR implementing agencies/NGOs

- Build and strengthen partnerships with implementing agencies to identify opportunities for value creation and program enhancement

- Coordinate employee volunteering initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders

- Liaise with external agencies conducting impact assessments for CSR projects

- Support implementing partners with onboarding and usage of the CSR technology platform

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory CSR reporting and documentation requirements

Skills & Experience:

- Masters degree in Social Sciences from a reputed institution OR MBA/PGDM/PGDBM

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility or sustainability roles

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- High levels of initiative with strong interpersonal and team-working abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and analytical skills
