Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

- The role involves planning, executing, and managing CSR initiatives and events in rural areas while working closely with NGOs, government authorities, and local communities.

- The candidate will be responsible for implementing programs focused on rural development and enhancing the agri-value chain, ensuring projects are aligned with the organizations goals.

- Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating project impact, managing budget allocation and reporting for CSR activities, and developing communication materials to represent the organization in community engagements.

- The position requires extensive travel to project locations for hands-on supervision, stakeholder interaction, and effective program delivery.

Required Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in executing CSR programs or events, preferably at the village or grassroots level.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, while proficiency in local languages of Kerala and Karnataka will be considered an advantage.

- The role demands excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management abilities, along with a willingness to travel extensively to rural project sites.
