Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage CSR initiatives and events in rural areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government authorities, and local communities.
- Implement programs focusing on rural development and agri-value chain enhancement.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage budget allocation, tracking, and reporting for CSR activities.
- Develop communication materials and represent the organization in community engagements.
- Travel extensively to project locations for hands-on supervision and stakeholder interaction.
Required Candidate Profile;
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in executing CSR programs or events, preferably at the village or grassroots level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in local languages of Kerala & Karnataka is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to rural project sites.
- Passion for community development, sustainability, and agriculture-based initiatives
