About the Role :
- We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead business development and corporate partnerships. The role involves building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, driving lead generation, and closing deals across target industries.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent pitching, presentation, and proposal-writing skills, coupled with a strong ability to engage with corporate clients and deliver measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales:
- Build strong market presence by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in target industries.
- Identify and evaluate potential clients through market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights.
- Negotiate and close profitable business deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with corporate clients.
- Act as the key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver tailored business proposals and solutions based on client needs.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Drive outbound lead generation via emails, cold calls, networking, and social media outreach.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities that generate leads.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into clients.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, sales pitches, and proposals.
- Track, monitor, and report sales performance, client activities, and revenue generation.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

- 6 months - 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, or Hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities.
