- We are seeking a results-oriented Corporate Sales /Manager to drive B2B sales within the pre-owned/refurbished mobile phone market.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in corporate or B2B sales, preferably within the electronics or IT asset recovery industry, and excellent relationship-building skills to secure bulk orders from corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities


- Business Development & Sales: Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for bulk purchases of pre-owned mobile phones.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Consultation & Product Presentation: Conduct customer consultations to understand client

requirements and propose tailored product feature mapping and end-to-end solutions.

- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, product presentations, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments within the refurbished electronics industry to stay ahead in the market.

- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities and customer information within the CRM/ERP system, providing timely reports and forecasts to management.

- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operations, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.

Qualifications


- Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

- 3-5+ years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the mobile/refurbished electronics or IT industry.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:


- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.

- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of mobile phone specifications and features.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Resourceful, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
