Manager - Corporate Sales
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Lead Corporate Sales to accelerate B2B growth by driving new client acquisitions and expanding strategic relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in corporate sales, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers, understand complex client requirements, and deliver customized digital or technology-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
This is a high-visibility, growth-focused role requiring a combination of strategic selling, relationship management, and consultative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B business expansion by identifying, qualifying, and closing new corporate partnerships.
- Engage and build strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers to position solutions effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- Deliver impactful client presentations and business proposals tailored to corporate requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Track and report sales metrics, conversion rates, and business performance against targets.
- Foster long-term client partnerships through continuous engagement and value creation, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at corporate events, industry forums, and client meetings to build visibility and brand reputation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in corporate / B2B sales, preferably in digital, IT, or service-based industries.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, key account management, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Team-oriented leader capable of influencing and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
