Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager - Enterprise Gifting to lead and expand our corporate gifting vertical. This high-impact leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, strong client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the loyalty, rewards, and gifting ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the enterprise gifting vertical in alignment with company goals.
- Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in corporate gifting, loyalty programs, and employee rewards.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and implement development plans for team growth.
- Cultivate a customer-first, performance-driven team culture.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with CXOs, HR heads, procurement, and marketing leaders.
- Collaborate with premium and lifestyle brands for co-branded gifting solutions.
- Develop channel partnerships and reseller networks to scale enterprise reach.
4. Sales Automation & AI-Driven Processes
- Implement and leverage AI-based CRM systems for lead generation, sales forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Use data analytics for optimizing conversion rates, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Automate repetitive sales processes to improve operational efficiency.
5. Marketing, Branding & Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Partner with the marketing team to design and execute targeted ATL/BTL campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and exhibitions to enhance visibility in the B2B space.
- Drive collaborative marketing initiatives with brand partners to boost engagement.
6. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the key account lead for top enterprise clients.
- Ensure seamless execution of orders, client servicing, and after-sales support.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through consistent engagement.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in corporate/enterprise sales.
- At least 3-4 years in a leadership or team management role.
Domain Expertise:
- Experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, customer loyalty, or retail gifting.
- Exposure to working with premium brands or D2C ecosystems is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent team leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills.
- Strong understanding of channel partnerships, sales automation tools, CRMs, and AI-driven processes.
- Solid knowledge of ATL/BTL marketing, brand activations, and co-branding strategies.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
