Description: A national level online platform which facilitates financing of receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers via a bidding model. In the business of opening of accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of invoices by way of Factoring / Reverse Factoring and also provide such other services as permitted by the RBI. from time-to-time. It manages and operates an online receivable discounting platform (B2B market place) for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4-8 years (minimum 4 years mandatory in B2B financial services, corporate sales, or supply chain finance domain)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new quality corporate clients for Indias leading TReDS platform, including large corporates (buyers), suppliers, and financiers (banks/NBFCs).
- Drive sales through new customer acquisition to meet revenue growth targets.
- Prospect and qualify potential clients via direct outreach, networking, and research.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for target market penetration and onboarding.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and service teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth implementation.
Required Competencies:
- Strong domain knowledge of Invoice / Bill of Exchange (BOE) financing and trade receivables ecosystem.
- Proven track record in corporate B2B sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or NBFC sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
