About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead and drive our bancassurance sales channel.
- This is a team-handling leadership role requiring strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and proven expertise in life insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
- Drive bancassurance sales through strategic partnerships with banking channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank stakeholders and corporate partners.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
Experience: 7-8 years in sales, with significant exposure to life insurance and bancassurance.
- Proven experience in team management and driving high-performance sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
