We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in corporate sales, relationship building, and achieving aggressive revenue targets. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in the corporate sector
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand client base
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver solutions as per client requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report to senior management
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and strategic selling
- Ability to work independently and handle high-value client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
