Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations to corporate stakeholders.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on client needs and business opportunities.
Market & Client Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Understand client business models, pain points, and decision-making processes to tailor sales solutions effectively.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in B2B / Corporate Sales with consistent achievement of targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and reporting metrics.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
